In case a Unitholder wishes to pledge Units held
by him/her and Franklin Templeton is required to acknowledge the
pledge by the pledgee, the following documents would be required
to be submitted:
Please note that all documents are to be executed
on plain paper. Wherever stated so specifically, documents are to be
executed on non-judicial stamp paper of the stated denomination.
After completion, the required document should be submitted to any
of our Investor Service Centres for resolution.
