As an investor you may need to interact with the fund/registrars
for investor service related issues such as nomination, pledge
of units, loss of warrants etc. In order to facilitate these
transactions we would require a letter/legal documentation
from you. (A comprehensive set of several fomats are available

Please note that all documents are to be executed on plain
paper. Wherever stated so specifically, documents are to be
executed on non-judicial stamp paper of the stated denomination.
After completion, the required document should be submitted
to any of our Investor Service Centres for resolution.
