SMS Transactions

Franklin Templeton offers you the convenience of performing anytime anywhere transactions through SMS to 567674 or 92666 44255. You can do the following:

  2. Redeem

This facility can be availed by existing KYC verified Franklin Templeton investors, resident individuals (including guardians on behalf of minors) and non-resident individuals.

To register for this facility, please fill in the SMS Transaction form and submit it at any of our investor service centres. Your registration request will be processed within 15 calendar days and on successful registration; you shall receive a confirmation via SMS and email from our side.

Post registration, you can transact by sending an SMS to 567674 or 92666 44255 as per the format given below.

Buy

BUY (Purchase with ARN)

SMS Format
BUY <scheme code> <amount> <ARN code> <EUIN>

Sample SMS

Outcome
Purchase would be processed with ARN-1234 and EUIN as 123456

BUY (Purchase without ARN)

SMS Format

Outcome
Purchase would be processed into direct plan of the corresponding scheme code (038)

Redeem

RED (Redeem with amount)

RED (Redeem all)

*Customer folio is 8 digits in length and account number can be 7 or 10 or 13 digits in length.

  3. NAV

This facility can be availed by existing KYC verified Franklin Templeton investors, resident individuals (including guardians on behalf of minors) and non-resident individuals.
