Investor(s) should provide primary account holder’s own email ID and / or mobile number while providing the contact details, for speed and ease of communication in a convenient and cost -effective manner and to help prevent fraudulent transactions. In case contact details of a Family member are provided, investor(s) need to give a declaration (as below) to this effect. Further, all contact details (i.e., email address , Mobile number) should be of same individual. Providing email address of self and phone number of others and vice versa is not acceptable. If it is identified that the contact details provided in the application form may not be of the investor, or the same appears incorrect / doubtful, then Franklin Templeton may choose not to capture/update such email address and mobile number. “Family” for this purpose would mean Spouse , Dependent Children, Dependent Parents only.

<li>Instant Redemption Facility ('Facility&rsquo') is currently available only in Franklin India Liquid Fund and available only for resident indian individuals.</li>
<li>Under the Instant Redemption Facility ("Facility"), the Scheme shall endeavor to credit the redemption proceeds into the registered bank account of the investor instantly (unless due to exceptional technical delays) from the time of receipt of Instant
Redemption request using Immediate Payment Service (IMPS) provided by various banks. The facility shall be available on all days at all points of time.</li>
<li>In order to avail this facility, CBS (Core Banking System) account number should be registered in the folio along with IFSC code and the Investor’s bank should be IMPS (Immediate Payment Service) enabled bank listed at National Payments Corporation
of India (NPCI).</li>
<li>If the Instant Redemption payout could not be processed due to IMPS rejection, then the Instant redemption request shall be cancelled, and investor would have to submit a fresh transaction request.</li>
<li>Investor can submit redemption only in terms of amount. Minimum Redemption amount shall be Rs.1000/- and in multiples of Re.1/- thereafter.</li>
<li>Instant redemption is limited to maximum of Rs. 50,000 or 90% of latest value of investment in the scheme, whichever is lower. This limit is applicable per day per investor per Scheme on the basis of First Holder PAN.</li>
<li>For valid redemption requests received upto 3 p.m., the lower of (i) NAV of previous calendar day and (ii) NAV of calendar day on which application is received. For valid redemption requests received after 3 p.m the lower of (i) NAV of calendar day
on which such application is received, and (ii) NAV of the next calendar day. Generally, Instant Redemption Requests will be processed based on previous calendar day NAV. The redemption may be reversed and re-processed if there is a fall in NAV
subsequently.</li>
<li>The facility will be in addition to the existing modes of redemption i.e., physical or online redemption requests through the official point of acceptance of transactions of Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund.</li>
<li>The facility shall currently be available only for valid redemptions request routed through website / App / BOT of Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund. Unitholders may note that there may be a time lag between the time a transaction is completed and before
it appears on your account information.</li>
<li>The facility shall not be available for units held in demat mode.</li>
<li>In case of receipt of a redemption request in addition to submission of Instant redemption request in the same folio on the same day, the residual units available after processing of all the Instant redemption requests would be considered for the
physical redemption request.</li>
<li>SEBI guidelines on uniform cut off timings for redemption shall be applicable for transactions through the Instant Redemption Facility. Applicable NAV for the transactions will be dependent upon the time of receipt of the transaction as recorded on
the AMC's server.</li>
<li>The technology for enabling the Facility could be affected by virus or other malicious, destructive or corrupting code, programme or macro or any other reasons not attributable to the AMC / Mutual Fund. This could result in delays in the processing
of instructions or failure in processing of instructions and other such failures and inability. The AMC / Mutual Fund disclaims all or any liability, whether direct or indirect, arising out of any failure or inability of the AMC / Mutual Fund
to honor any instruction for whatsoever reason.</li>
<li>The AMC / Trustee reserve the right to discontinue/ modify /temporary suspension of the aforesaid facility without any prior notice or without assigning any reasons thereof on a prospective basis subject to compliance with the prevailing SEBI guidelines
and regulations.</li>
