How does it work?
  • The fund has the ability to invest its prescribed equity allocation in various equity schemes of Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund (FTMF).
  • The fixed income allocation of the fund can be invested in various domestic debt Mutual Fund Scheme(s) including those of FTMF.
  • It has a unique in-built “buy-sell” discipline basis market valuations which gives less room for subjectivity.
  • The fund has a predefined monthly rebalancing mechanism based on “Price-to-Earnings (PE)” and “Price-to-Book (PB)” level of the Nifty 500 Index.
  • The fund reduces equity exposure and increases debt exposure when the NSE 500 is overvalued and vice versa, basis weighted average PE and PB ratio of the index.
